Domestic (India) Return & Replacement Policy

Validity:
We offer a 3 days return policy for all unused and unworn items. To claim return customer should submit the unboxing video. However, please note that the 3 days return does not apply to personalised jewelry, coins, ornaments, and God idols other than in cases of defective/spurious products. AKSHAYATRITI reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items. 

In case of missing items in return orders, i.e., where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but actual pickup doesn’t include all said items, the company has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This shall extend to promotional products, including but not limited to silver coins

Replacement & Exchange:
You can also avail replacement or exchange of your order as per your requirements. The conditions remain the same as those applicable to returns. The replacement will only be shipped after the initial return has been picked up or delivered and verified (in the case of Gold items).

Size-Related Returns & Exchanges

  • No Returns:
    • We don’t offer returns for size-related issues.
    • You can request an exchange or replacement if the required size is available.

Eligible Items:

  • Returns, replacements, or exchanges are only allowed for damaged or incorrect products.
  • The product will be accepted and eligible for return with a valid uncut, unaltered unboxing video proof. 
  • Conditions:
    • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, including any certificates, invoices, etc.
    • Our team will inspect the item before approving any return or replacement.
    • Items viewed in a video before purchase are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
    • Free or complimentary products cannot be returned, replaced, or exchanged.

Shipping for Returned/Exchanged Products

  • You can initiate a return request from our website or app. Alternatively, you can reach out to our Customer Support team, and they’ll guide you through the process. Once you have booked the return request, we request you to be available for the reverse pick-up, and we request you to answer calls from the delivery partner. In the absence of your availability or inability to answer the calls, the delivery partner may, at their discretion, cancel the reverse pick-up. In all such cases, the process will have to be re-initiated again, and the overall timeline will increase.
  • In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, we would request you to reach out to our customer support team for assistance within 48 hours of the package being delivered. We will be requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honoured. Also, please share the Tracking number of the package after it is shipped. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision.

Refund Policy

  • No Refunds for Exchanges/Replacements:
    • No Refunds is available for exchanges or replacements.
  • Refund Process:
    • In case you have requested the return of any of your products, the refund of the same shall be initiated once we receive the product back in our warehouse.
    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a 7-10 working days.
  • Non-Refundable Charges:
    • Shipping charges, energization charges, platform transaction charges, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Canceling  Prepaid Orders (Before Shipping):
    • You can cancel prepaid orders if they have not been shipped yet by emailing us at support@akshayatriti.com or calling us at +91 63627 58279 within 3 days from the order date.
    • Your order will be canceled, and your payment refunded as per our refund policy.
  • Canceling  Prepaid Orders (After Shipping):
    • Once shipped, prepaid orders cannot be canceled from our end.
    • To cancel, refuse to accept the order when it arrives. Once the order returns to us, we will cancel it and process your refund after deducting shipping charges.
  • Canceling  COD Orders (Before Shipping):
    • You can cancel COD orders if they haven’t been shipped yet by contacting us via email or phone.
    • No refund is applicable for canceled COD orders.
  • Canceling  COD Orders (After Shipping):
    • Once shipped, COD orders cannot be canceled from our end.
    • To cancel, refuse to accept the order when it arrives. No refund will be provided.
  • If You have not Received Your Order:
    • If you get a message that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 24 hours.
    • Email us at support@akshayatriti.com or call us at +91 63627 58279.
    • If 24 hours pass without contacting us, we may not be able to resolve the issue or recover the lost package.

International Orders

  • No Returns or Cancellations:
    • We do not offer returns, replacements, refunds, or cancellations for international orders.

We may update or change this Policy at any time without notice. We recommend you check the Platform regularly to see the latest version. If you disagree with any changes, you can stop using the Platform and buying our products or services. By continuing to use the Platform or purchase our products/services after changes are made, you agree to the updated Policy.

Fraud Warning Disclaimer:
Please be aware that certain individuals might approach you by falsely presenting themselves as our employees, affiliates, agents, or representatives. Under this false pretense, they might try to acquire money or other valuables from you or to gain access to your personal information by offering any other sales or business opportunities by claiming that they are contacting you on our behalf. The contacting individual or organization may, for example, invite you to click on a link they provide or ask to make a purchase for receiving discounts or forward messages with fraudulent links to your groups or friends. Such fraudulent offers and claims are usually received via email, the internet, text message, phone, etc. These claims and offers are fraudulent and invalid, and you are strongly advised to exercise great caution and disregard such offers and invitations. Please exercise caution when encountering messages that request you to click on links or divulge personal information.

Criminal and/or civil liabilities may arise from such actions and we intend to cooperate with competent law enforcement authorities and to ask them to take appropriate action whenever such phenomena occur. Accordingly, we would ask you to immediately get in touch with us via email at hello@akshayatriti.com upon receiving a suspicious offer or invitation and additionally notify the police or other competent authority.

Please note that under no circumstances shall AKSHAYATRITI and/or its affiliates and subsidiaries be held liable or responsible for any claims, losses, damages, expenses, or other inconvenience resulting from or in any way connected to the actions of these imposters.
